We’re looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join our new direct sales team. This role is instrumental in helping small businesses thrive by driving the full sales cycle – from lead qualification to closing deals – and shaping the processes of a foundational team. The team The Outbound Sales team is a foundational part of our growth strategy in Germany. As a newly established team, it operates with an entrepreneurial spirit, giving you the freedom to shape the processes and culture that will drive future success. The team works in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to connect German small businesses with the funding they need. The role This role offers the chance to be a foundational member of a new team, with the possibility to shape its success. Impact and Autonomy: - Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of leads, taking full ownership of the sales cycle from initial contact to a closed deal. - Identify and qualify prospects, using your judgment to determine which businesses have a genuine need for finance. - Shape the team’s sales strategy by sharing best practices and insights to improve collective success.
