1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, logistics, order processing, or distribution support, Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment, Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or shipping platforms is a plus

What You'll Do.

Process outbound customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and picklists.

Coordinate daily shipment activity with warehouse and logistics teams.

Generate packing lists

and shipment documentation.

Track outbound shipments and provide delivery updates as needed.

Research and resolve shipment discrepancies

Support warehouse operations by ensuring accurate order flow and shipment processing.

Maintain accurate shipment records and update tracking information within internal systems.

Assist with freight claims

and shipment issue resolution.

Ensure outbound orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner to meet customer expectations.

organized picking and staging areas

Support additional warehouse and operational tasks as assigned.

Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts

damage‑free pallets and stage orders in assigned outbound lanes

Comply with all safety
