What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience in outbound marketing, lead generation, SDR, or pipeline generation roles, Experience with LinkedIn outreach and outbound prospect engagement, Hands-on experience using Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools, Copywriting skills for outbound messaging and email campaigns, Experience building and managing multi-channel outbound campaigns, Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance, Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, Reliable high-speed internet and professional remote work setup
Nice to Have
Experience working with high-ticket B2B services, consulting, SaaS, or agency businesses, Familiarity with outbound automation tools and CRM platforms, Experience building lead magnets and outbound conversion assets, Background supporting sales pipeline development and appointment generation, Experience using outreach tools like Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, or HubSpot
