What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years experience in B2B outbound marketing, lead generation, SDR, or outbound prospecting roles, experience with LinkedIn outreach and B2B prospect engagement, Hands-on experience using tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms, copywriting ability for outbound messaging, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach, Experience building and managing multi-channel outbound campaigns, understanding of B2B buyer psychology and high-ticket sales cycles, Analytical mindset with ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance, Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused approach to work, Comfortable working independently in remote environments
Nice to Have
Experience working with high-ticket B2B service businesses or agencies, Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound automation tools, Experience supporting pipeline generation and appointment setting, Experience creating lead magnets or outbound content assets, Background in startup or fast-growing business environments
What You'll Do.
Build and execute outbound marketing campaigns targeting high-ticket B2B prospects
Develop scalable outbound prospecting systems and outreach playbooks
Research and build targeted lead lists using Sales Navigator
Identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and segment prospects strategically
Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns across LinkedIn
and cold outreach channels
Write personalized outreach messaging designed to generate qualified conversations
Create LinkedIn content and thought leadership posts to support outbound engagement
Engage with prospects and build relationships through consistent follow-up
Monitor response rates
and outreach performance
and campaign structure based on performance data
Build lead magnets and outbound content assets to improve conversion rates
Maintain organized prospect databases
Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to improve outbound strategy and pipeline generation
