ABOUT MIDDESK: Middesk makes it easier for businesses to work together. Our platform helps companies across industries confidently verify business identities, onboard customers faster, and reduce risk at every stage of the customer lifecycle. Middesk came out of Y Combinator, is backed by Sequoia Capital and Accel Partners, and was recently named to Forbes Fintech 50 List. THE ROLE Marketing is being completely reinvented. AI is changing how companies reach buyers, how outbound gets built, and what it even means to break through the noise. The best growth teams right now aren’t running more sequences — they’re rethinking the entire motion from scratch, using modern tooling to reach the right accounts with precision and speed that wasn’t possible two years ago. That’s what this role is about. You’ll build Middesk’s outbound engine: the systems, the targeting, the creative GTM plays that get us in front of the right buyers. You’ll work across ABM, personalized outreach, SDR partnership, and account-based campaigns — using AI and automation not as shortcuts but as force multipliers. This is a builder role. If you want to engineer the way a company grows, this is it. We follow a hybrid work model, and for this role, there is an expectation of 3 days per week in our NYC or SF office. Candidates should be based within a commutable distance, as we believe in the value of in-person collaboration and building strong team connections while also supporting flexibility where possible.
