This role ensures that orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and delivered efficiently while maintaining high service levels. The coordinator plays a key role in optimizing outbound logistics operations by planning shipments, liaising with carriers, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and transport regulations. Responsibilities include: * Order Fulfilment Coordination: Oversee the processing and dispatch of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Transport Planning: Schedule and coordinate shipments with carriers and logistics providers to optimize cost and delivery performance. * Customer & Carrier Communication: Act as the main point of contact for customers, transport providers, and internal teams regarding order status and delivery updates. * Shipment Tracking: Monitor outbound shipments and proactively manage delays, disruptions, or delivery issues. * Documentation Management: Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including delivery notes, invoices, and export/customs documents where required. * Warehouse Coordination: Work cl
