What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Proven experience in telemarketing or high-volume call center environments, Experience working with scripted outbound calling, Clear, fluent English with comprehension and communication clarity, Ability to maintain pace and quality during long call blocks, Comfort working in a metrics-driven, highly structured environment, Reliable internet connection and ability to pass a technical setup test, Computer (NOT Chromebook), Windows 10 or 11, Mac iOS 12+, Google Chrome, Stable primary internet + Backup internet, Headset + Webcam

Nice to Have

Prior insurance experience (home and/or auto) is a plus, Experience with live transfer sales models is a plus, Familiarity with Five9 or Ricochet 360 is a plus

What You'll Do.

Make 400–500 outbound calls per day using an auto-dialer

Follow approved scripts to qualify prospects for home and auto insurance

Deliver qualified live transfers to licensed U. S. -based insurance agents

Accurately disposition calls and follow established SOPs
