What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Significant experience in data, analytics, intelligence and/or digital roles, exposure to business-facing data delivery, stakeholder management skills, experience engaging and influencing senior commercial, marketing, or functional leaders, Demonstrated experience managing demand, prioritisation and value delivery across multiple initiatives, Solid understanding of data, analytics and intelligence capabilities, Highly structured and outcome-focused, experience in governance, benefits tracking and delivery management, Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
Background in consumer products or consumer healthcare industry, Familiarity with enterprise data governance, stewardship and information architecture concepts, Experience working with global or multi‑market teams across time zones, Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery in ambiguous, evolving environments

Own end‑to‑end data lifecycle
Support definition of success measures
Act as sounding board for data & AI demand
Feed OU insights into enterprise pipeline
Advise on emerging digital
data and analytics trends
Ensure application of data & AI services follow best practice
