It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture. **About the role** The Operating Unit (OU) Data Lead plays a pivotal role in activating Haleon’s Data and AI strategy locally and ensuring that Data & AI services drive measurable business value in Operating Units, as the business-facing data leader for India Subcontinent (ISC). Operating as the primary interface between the Data Office and OU, the role translates business priorities into actionable data demand, ensures high-quality delivery of data and intelligence products, and drives alignment of enterprise-wide ways of working across intelligence, analytics, and data governance in OUs. The role is part of the Data Office team and reports to the Head of OU Data.
