Coordinate operative meetings
Communicate with support areas
Handle proper escalations
Execute daily operations
Manage shift start-ups
Execute safety audits
Verify daily operations plan
Engage with associates
Complete performance audits
Conduct quality inspections
Address discrepancies in reporting tools
Hold end-of-shift meetings with leadership team
Review performance opportunities
Establish action plans
Perform shift handoff to incoming Shift Manager
Preview next-day plans
Promote a culture of safety
Ensure people are properly trained
Address people's needs
Support and assign job duties to process assistants
Adapt to sudden changes and growth
Track and monitor sorting operations
Track and monitor driver dispatch
Help with in-station operations
