Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

What You'll Do.

Supervise preparation and execution of loading process

Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures

Manage exceptions to minimize delays

Coordinate loading process for Flex and Hub operations

Conduct previous day review analysis

Lead operational team calls

Develop action plans for continuous improvement

Perform Gemba walks at loadout

Monitor on-road operations

Identify process gaps

Implement corrective actions

Optimize and manage On the Road operational performance

Monitor and improve on-road quality metrics

Manage delivery failures

Communicate daily metrics

Report exceptions to other Operations departments
