What You'll Do.
Serve as SME for OTR processes
Drive continuous improvement through Gemba walks
Apply Lean methodologies to eliminate waste
Monitor and improve quality metrics
Track delivery success metrics
Track productivity metrics
Partner with DSPs to improve operational performance
Support driver training and capability building programs
Conduct Gemba walks with Delivery Associates
Observe dispatch processes
Observe delivery execution processes
Observe RTS processes
Facilitate Kaizen events with DSP teams
Improve Route Adherence
Improve First Time Delivery Success
Partner with DSPs on performance reviews
Co-develop driver training plans
Collaborate with Station and Central Operations
Update OTR standard work documentation
