Copper underpins electrification, data centers, and defense systems. U.S. demand already exceeds domestic supply, and the gap is widening as grid modernization, the energy transition, and buildout of AI infrastructure accelerate. We are building a faster, cleaner, and more resilient model for this critical industrial layer in the United States.   The Role We have specific roles listed where we have a clear idea of the organization's immediate needs. But we're building quickly, and exceptional people don't always fit neatly into a predefined role. We will opportunistically hire additional roles or create space for strong talent to join the organization. At this early stage, roles can be ambiguous, and they will evolve over time.
