Must Have
2-5 years of experience in quantitative trading or research, Python skills, Solid quantitative background in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field, High attention to detail, good time management, clear communication skills, Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative trading environment
Nice to Have
crypto experience is a plus, Prior exposure to crypto markets or digital assets, Experience working directly with trading counterparties, Familiarity with execution, market microstructure, or trading systems
What You'll Do.
growing the desk’s PnL
executing block trades across digital asset markets
Design and implement complex low-latency and algorithmic trading strategies across various Crypto venues and products
Iterate on trading strategies to optimize execution quality and PnL
Monitor execution and market risk in real time during trading sessions
Quote counterparties for voice trades during APAC hours
Contribute to improving tooling
and automation around OTC trading workflows
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with counterparties, acting as a point of contact for trading-related topics; Collaborate with Trading, Technology, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth end-to-end trade flow
