Role overview: Provide onsite support for OT and automation systems, including PLC, SCADA, HMI, communication modules, and related industrial control systems. The role focuses on troubleshooting, incident resolution, system recovery, patching, backups, and compliant change execution in line with site QMS and GAMP 5 requirements. ### **Responsibilities** * Support OT systems, incidents, service requests, and change management activities * Troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, OPC/PI, and industrial communication issues * Work with Siemens environments: TIA Portal, WinCC, Step 7, Step 5 * Support Siemens PLC systems and automation infrastructure * Support Beckhoff automation systems (optional) * Support DeltaV systems and automation components (optional) * Analyze PLC CPU and communication diagnostics * Resolve software, firmware, configuration, and communication issues * Perform firmware, memory, and module health checks * Support OT patching, firmware upgrades, and software updates * Restore system communication and perform recovery actions * Support PLC programming modifications and control logic adjustments * Configure and maintain HMI/SCADA appli
