Must Have
8-10+ years of professional experience, Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study, Owns development skills and able to understand, troubleshoot, define solution based on languages such as java, python, scala, XML, Yaml, groovy, scripting, …, Have knowledge on databases (Cloudera, Oracle, Postgre, Couchdb, etc), Possesses advanced level of business, technical, or functional knowledge related to OSS Assurance domain as: fault management, performance management, correlation, Experience in OSS Assurance solution design, product deployment, Integration, configuration and troubleshooting, Able to communicate with internal and external senior management confidently and demonstrate the professionalism of the HPE OSS Assurance family., Understanding Telco domain, Innovative and intrepid mindset, capable of great autonomy as well as team work, Ability to work in multi-country, remote teams., Good written and oral communication, fluent in English

Understanding or experience in HPE OSS Assurance products (vTeMIP, UCA, UOC, Intelligent Assurance), Understanding or experience of Container/Cloud technologies: AWS, Kubernetes, Redhat OpenShift, Understanding or experience in Kafka, Telegraph, Grafana, Understanding or experience of Data Analytics, AI/ML languages & technologies, Understanding Automation tools (CICD, Jenkins, Selenium…), Understanding or Experience of High Availability and Disaster Recovery design, support and validation
What You'll Do.
providing a detailed technical design (LLD) for OSS assurance solutions based on customer requirements and High level design (HLD) solution
Coordinate implementation of new installations
or migrations for technology solutions of the HPE OSS Assurance domain.
Provide advanced technical consulting and advice to others on proposal efforts
tuning and modification of HPE OSS Assurance solutions.
Collect and determines data from appropriate sources to assist in determining customer needs and requirements.
Respond to requests for technical information from customers.
Own and manage knowledge sharing within a community (e.g. team
Ensure team members support knowledge sharing and re-use requirements of project.

the integration of the HPE OSS Assurance products within customer existing ecosystem like trouble ticketing system
the application of AI/ML based capabilities to accelerate identification and resolution of problems
