What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Eight (8) or more years' experience performing construction inspection specifically with Fiber/OSP, Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and codes, Valid driver’s license and a good driving history, Schedule flexibility, Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required
Nice to Have
Bisci certification(s) preferred, Associate's degree in a construction related field, preferred

Oversee and manage quality assurance program
Read and interpret plans and specifications
Initiate actions to keep construction progress on schedule
Solve on-site problems and situations
Work in all types of terrain and weather
Identify and avoid potential hazards
Assist engineers and construction managers
Provide expert oversight of construction crews
Ensure contractors are placing fiber
Act as on-site representative
Verify quality standards
Ensure compliance with project specifications
Monitor special inspections
Monitor materials testing
Attend project meetings
Confirm quality documentation meets owner requirements
