Partnering with parents and school communities, at Junior Adventures Group (JAG) our goal is to help today’s children navigate their tomorrow by supporting children's development through play in fun, engaging environments. This Service Manager role is to oversee a large OSHC service in Harrison, with an existing team of Coordinator, Assistant Coordinator, and Educators, this service is designed for excellence. Licensed for over 180 children per day, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a high-quality OSHC program. In addition to paid admin hours every week, every term you will have opportunities for professional development and staff meetings. As a part of a national company, we have centralised teams to manage administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional experiences for children and leading your team About the role: Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state-specific office, regular visits and mentorship from an experienced Regional Leader. The role is fulltime (38 hours per week), structured in block shifts to support work-life balance, with approximately 5.5 hours per week in direct ratio hours, along with responsibilities as an Educational Leader. * Develop and facilitate an engaging, child-centered program. * Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents. * Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management. * Manage the day-to-day operations of your service. * Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery in line with the NQF. * Grow attendance to support children and families.
