Full Job Description
Partnering with parents and school communities, at Junior Adventures Group (JAG) our goal is to help today’s children navigate their tomorrow by supporting children's development through play in fun, engaging environments. As an OSHC Permanent Educator, you’ll work in the Armadale area , where you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful, ongoing relationships with children, families, your team, and the wider school community. In this role, you’ll support the delivery of engaging before and after school care programs for primary school-aged children. This position is predominantly afternoon-based, with shifts available across our school holiday program and the potential to support morning shifts Monday to Friday. Weekly shifts and hours: 12 hours per week, Monday to Friday, primarily across afternoon shifts during the school holidays, with potential morning shifts during term time. * School Holiday Program: Afternoon shifts available during school holidays, within program operating hours of 6:00am - 6:00pm * Rise then Shine: Potential term-time morning shifts from 6:00am - 9:00am Why this role is perfect for students & casual educators: * Flexible work that fits around university timetables and placements * Build genuine relationships with children and families at one consistent service * Gain hands-on experience working with primary school-aged children * Develop leadership, communication, and behaviour management skills * Great pathway into teaching, education support, psychology, social work, and childcare careers * Casual loading, split shift allowances, and referral bonuses * Extra holiday program hours during term breaks * Career progression opportunities from Educator to Coordinator and beyond * Full training and ongoing support provided — no OSHC experience required * We're approved for the Early Childhood Education and Care Grant ## Qua
