Full Job Description
Partnering with parents and school communities, at Junior Adventures Group (JAG) our goal is to help today’s children navigate their tomorrow by supporting children's development through play in fun, engaging environments. Somerville House OSHClub is seeking an inspiring and motivated OSHC Coordinator to join our growing service. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role where you’ll shape culture, drive quality, and make a genuine difference in the lives of children and your team. This is a permanent, full-time role, working across split shifts, Monday to Friday, including8 hours of dedicated non‑contact administrative time to support your success. Service hours include: * Rise Then Shine: 6:30am – 9:00am * Stay and Play: 2:30pm – 6:15pm * School Holidays: Block shifts between 6:30am – 6:00pm About Somerville House Somerville House offers a unique opportunity to lead an OSHC service within a highly regarded all-girls private school , where children’s wellbeing and quality education are at the heart of the community. Licensed for 60 children , with exciting opportunities for growth, the service benefits from strong partnerships with the school, creating a seamless and supportive experience for children and families. With two dedicated OSHC rooms and access to a shared outdoor space , you'll have the resources and environment to deliver a high-quality, engaging program. Why JAG?
