Our service at Pakenham Springs is looking for a passionate Coordinato r to assist with managing the service and providing engagement programs for our primary-age children. This is a Permanent Part time opportunity offering 37.25 hours per week and 6 non contact admin hours, to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators. The hours are Monday - Friday 6:30am-9:00am & 2:45pm-6:30pm. Plus additional admin hours. About the role Co-managing a team of Educators, you'll have the perfect balance of support and leadership opportunities. You will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years, with the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. * Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into! * Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents * Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management * Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration Who are we looking for? * Enjoy working with kids * Strong and clear communication * Team player with a desire to become a service leader * Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children * Austr
