National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko), A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow., communication skills—you’ll be leading by example!, A team player who inspires others and encourages growth., You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check., Australian work rights.

Helping Hands Kilcoy is seeking an inspiring and motivated OSHC Coordinator to join our growing Helping Hands service. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role where you’ll shape culture, drive quality, and make a genuine difference in the lives of children and your team. This is a permanent, part-time role (30 hours per week) working across split shifts, Monday to Friday, including 4 hours of dedicated non‑contact administrative time to support your success. Service hours include: * Rise Then Shine: 6:30am – 9:00am * Stay and Play: 2:30pm – 6:00pm * School Holidays: Block shifts between 6:30am – 6:00pm Why JAG?
