help today’s children navigate their tomorrow by supporting children's development through play in fun, engaging environments; making a real impact across multiple services; creating positive experiences for children, families, and educators; Supporting services to achieve quality and assessment outcomes
Industry & Context.
Willingness to travel between services, Availability to work split shifts Monday to Friday, Block shifts during school holidays between 6:00am – 6:00pm
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Diploma qualification in a relevant field, or at least two years of full-time study towards an ACECQA-approved qualification, Experience leading teams in OSHC, childcare, education, or a similar environment, National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko), Current and valid Working with Children Check, Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between services, Availability to work split shifts Monday to Friday, Australian work rights

Leading and mentoring teams of Educators
Delivering engaging programs including sports
and wellbeing activities
and operational standards
Building positive relationships with children
Supporting services to achieve quality and assessment outcomes
