Windows OS Engineering, Hands-on experience (1–2 years) in OS hardening, configuration, and customization, Experience with Windows XP, Windows 7, and integration with third-party tools, Scripting & Automation, experience in VBScript, PowerShell, and Batch scripting, Windows Deployment & Imaging, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), Windows ADK, WinPE, WinRE, DISM, WIM, Unattend. xml, Windows Image development and deployment workflows, OS Security, Knowledge of Windows OS security, firewall configurations, Familiarity with STIG, Nessus guidelines, and security policies, System & Boot Knowledge, Boot Manager concepts, BIOS, UEFI, Disk management using Diskpart, Backup and recovery tools like WbAdmin, Active Directory, Working knowledge of Windows AD integration, documentation skills for release execution and compliance, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to clearly understand requirements and drive tasks to closure, Proactive in status reporting and issue escalation
Nice to Have
Experience in C#. NET, Exposure to enterprise-scale OS deployment projects, Knowledge of compliance-driven environments (medical, regulated industries)
What You'll Do.
