Must Have
Windows OS Engineering, Hands-on experience (1–2 years) in OS hardening, configuration, and customization, Experience with Windows XP, Windows 7, and integration with third-party tools, experience in VBScript, PowerShell, and Batch scripting, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), Windows ADK, WinPE, WinRE, DISM, WIM, Unattend. xml, Windows Image development and deployment workflows, Knowledge of Windows OS security, firewall configurations, Familiarity with STIG, Nessus guidelines, and security policies, Boot Manager concepts, BIOS, UEFI, Disk management using Diskpart, Backup and recovery tools like WbAdmin, Working knowledge of Windows AD integration

BE / BTECH (CSE, IT), B. Sc. (Computers), BCA / MCA Or Other Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Computing / IT preferred
What You'll Do.

Perform OS hardening and security configurations in line with industry standards and organizational policies
Implement and manage Windows OS deployment using Microsoft deployment tools
Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline OS configuration
Ensure OS images comply with security guidelines such as STIG
and firewall policies
Troubleshoot OS-level issues related to boot
Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation in compliance with QMS
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements
and ensure timely delivery
Provide regular status updates and support release execution activities
