Must Have
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Required
Nice to Have
1-3 Years Relative Experience Preferred, but not required, Assistants with Expanded Function Certificate (Not required to apply)
What You'll Do.
Establish a trusting rapport with patients
ensuring the highest level of patient customer service is given to all patients
Educate the patients on orthodontic care and treatment practices
Work chairside with patient care including assisting in placing and removing orthodontic appliances
fabricating retainers
Maintain patients’ charts and transcribe the doctor notes accurately
Keep patient rooms stocked and organized as well as clean
and prepare the equipment
Be receptive to coaching and training from doctors to better develop skillset
Other duties as required
