Bachelor's degree in Orientation and Mobility, 3 years of full-time experience as an Orientation and Mobility Instructor, Certification by the Academy for Certification of Vision Rehabilitation & Education, Certification by the National Blindness Professional Certification Board, Texas resident or willing to relocate to Texas, Must be willing and able to participate in an extended blindfold-immersion training program
