What You'll Do.

Performs instructional or training work in Vocational Rehabilitation field offices.

Plans, organizes, and conducts educational and training programs for blind or visually impaired students.

Provides instruction in self-help, self-care, and vocational skills to assist customers in attaining independent living and vocational goals.

Delivers training in non-visual and alternative techniques.

May deliver, install, and troubleshoot adaptive aids and devices.

May supervise work, evaluate training needs, and develop training recommendations.
