Conduct analysis of University's organizational structure
Develop recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness
Design organizational structures
Review organizational structures
Participate in organizational restructuring initiatives
Assess organizational efficiency
Identify opportunities for optimization
Conduct benchmarking of organizational structures
Prepare analytical materials for leadership
Participate in workforce planning activities
Analyze staffing levels
Review requests for position changes
Develop recommendations regarding workforce allocation
Support HR Business Partners in workforce planning
Develop organizational design methodologies
Maintain organizational design standards
Review regulations of structural divisions
Coordinate regulations of structural divisions
Conduct analysis of functions
Maintain University repository of organizational structures
Participate in job evaluation activities
Prepare organizational analytics
Prepare workforce reports
Analyze organizational trends
Analyze workforce risks
Develop recommendations based on data analysis
Support implementation of organizational transformation
Facilitate consultations with structural units
Coordinate organizational design projects
Ensure alignment with governance principles
