What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related field, 8 years of proven experience implementing organizational development and change planning programs, Proven success in leading organization design initiatives, Familiarity with organization development and change management analytics, Program management skills, Core consulting skills, Ability to influence leaders across an enterprise, Experience using AI in the course of your ongoing work, Knowledge of change management best practices

Nice to Have

Professional certification in HR Management, Workforce Planning, Change Management (PROSCI preferred), Organizational Design, coaching, and/or Learning and Development, Experience of working in a global or matrixed environment, Ability to navigate complex workforce challenges, Drive data-informed decision-making, Design, deploy, and coach on organizational development strategies

Advise on organizational changes

Manage dependencies with other initiatives

Translate business strategy into practical organizational solutions

and implement best practice approaches to

Support the design and implementation of changes to

Maintain organizational structure/design standards

Maintain organizational processes

Create change management strategies and plans

Employ change management expertise throughout organizational development efforts

Ensure clear roles and responsibilities in other People

Support the delivery of change initiatives

Facilitate smooth transitions during organizational changes
