Must Have

Bachelor’s degree, Prior experience directly supporting a Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLMS) and designing and managing change that impacts contracting and procurement teams, Minimum 5 years of experience applying change management principles, methodologies, and (Ex: Prosci®), Minimum 5 years of experience collaborating with project teams and familiarity with project management principles, Minimum 3 years supporting technology initiatives and translating highly technical concepts into learning materials (e. g. , job aids) for end users, Minimum 2 years of experience leading internal change teams and supervising direct reports, Ability to write, edit, and quickly deliver high-quality communications on behalf of high-visibility leadership

Nice to Have

Experience with CLMS platforms (e. g. , Icertis, Ariba, Coupa, SAP CLM, Ironclad, etc. ), ERP or procurement tools with contract modules, Experience managing change initiatives that impact people and organizational behaviors, Demonstrated experience to build and execute strategies and provide overall change management consultation and direction to the business and leadership, executive presence and ability to navigate at all levels of an organization, Expertise in developing organization-wide communication strategies, Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build productive partnerships, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and Visio)

# **Organizational Change Manager – Business Transformation Office** # ICF is seeking an experienced **Organizational Change Manager** to join our **Business Transformation Office (BTO)** — a central team driving strategic corporate initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will partner with operational, technical, and functional leaders to deliver impactful change strategies that enable successful transformation.
