What They're Looking For.

Must Have

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance, Bachelor's degree, TWO (2) years or more of experience supporting communications and change management initiatives, Foundational understanding of Prosci, ADKAR, or similar change frameworks

Nice to Have

Ability to translate technical or programmatic content into user-friendly messaging and change products, Experience working with the Department of State, Experience working in cross-functional teams or large organizations, Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Products and related applications, Organized, self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast paced and dynamic work environment

Manage stakeholder engagement

Contribute to program deliverables

Support training and user adoption efforts

Translate strategic objectives into actionable change activities

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaboration across workstreams; Alignment with Department of State governance processes; Coordinate mitigation activities by engaging stakeholders; Establish and maintain engagement routines with bureaus, posts, and leadership teams; Partner with SMEs to create training materials

Communication Scope

Develop communications products such as messages, briefs, and visual materials; Build executive-level presentations that distill complex information into concise, decision-ready insights; Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Process & Methodology

Translate change strategies into structured plans, timelines, and actionable workstreams
