What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelors Degree OR 5 years relevant experience, 3 years change management experience, 3 years relevant experience in a lead capacity, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Experience writing reports and client documents, Communicate complex concepts effectively through MS PowerPoint, Ability to work as part of a team, Prioritize resources and time effectively, Communications experience creating collateral, Organizational and project management skills, Experience leading one or more tasks or work streams, Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, Develop successful professional relationships
Nice to Have
Relevant certifications, Experience implementing technology, Experience supporting HR or workforce initiatives, Experience implementing change management for large-scale technology systems, 3 years management consulting experience, Experience managing small project teams
