This role contributes to organizational design, leadership development, and team effectiveness efforts to help clients achieve mission outcomes. The Consultant will support project teams in delivering high-quality, client-ready products while developing core consulting and organizational development skills. **Responsibilities include:** * Support organizational design and restructuring efforts, including contributing to current and future state analyses and transition planning * Assist in the development and implementation of change management and organization development strategies aligned with client mission and workforce needs * Contribute to the design and delivery of leadership development activities, including training materials, workshops, and coaching support * Help facilitate team effectiveness sessions, such as strategic planning workshops, team charters, and working sessions * Participate in organizational assessments (e.g., culture, workforce, readiness), including data collection, analysis, and synthesis of findings into actionable insights * Support day-to-day project activities, including research, analysis, deliverable development, and quality assurance * Collaborate effectively with project teams and contribute to a positive team environment * Build foundational client engagement skills through interaction with client stakeholders under supervision * Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and deliverables ** _What You Will Need_ :** * Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field * At least 1+ years of relevant experience in organizational development, organiz
