Minimum 4 years’ experience as an OCM practitioner, Experience in the application of an OCM methodology (such as PROSCI), Experience in OCM end-to-end delivery within projects including Change Impact Analysis, Communications, Engagement, and Learning/Training & Development fundamentals, Experience in managing change in complex, ambiguous, dynamic environments, Experience in developing and implementing OCM strategy for projects, Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, facilitation and relationship skills, Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, Outstanding planning and organisation skills, Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, own tasks/deadlines, take accountability for delivering quality outcomes, manage priorities, and adapt to moving timeframes

Nice to Have

## Overview: * **Full-time, Fixed Term 12 Month position** * **HEW 9 + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements** * **Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, and hybrid ways of working** Position Summary RMIT is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a key initiative within the Student Experience Tapestry program — a major transformation that brings together multiple student‑facing systems and processes to create a more connected, seamless experience. The project is focused on unifying how we capture, manage, and apply communication choices across the university (e.g. Prospective Students, and Alumni). Today, these settings are dispersed across systems and teams; this initiative will replace existing processes with a single, enterprise‑wide capability that applies consistent rules, improves data quality, and captures and honours customer choices across all relevant engagement points. The project will reduce manual operational effort, uplift compliance, and enable a more personalised communication experience. As Change Manager, you will lead and deliver the end-to-end change approach, shaping the engagement, readiness, and adoption strategy. You’ll work closely with project team and stakeholders to ensure staff understand the new model, how to use it, and feel confident transitioning to an automated, governed processes.
