Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Develop and maintain the enterprise organic growth strategy aligned with the broader product and commercial portfolio. Identify and prioritize cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities across multiple products and customer segments. Analyze customer, product, and market data to uncover growth opportunities and translate them into strategic priorities. Produce and own recurring insight reports that highlight trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions for leadership. Create a consistent “insight-to-strategy-to-priority” narrative that supports decision-making at executive level. Partner with product and marketing teams to align value propositions and ensure coherent portfolio messaging. Support governance forums such as Product Council and Marketing Council by framing opportunities and prioritization inputs. Contribute to investor-facing and leadership storytelling by articulating how organic growth strategies drive long-term value.
