## Accountabilities Support the development, refinement, and execution of an enterprise-wide organic growth strategy aligned with global portfolio objectives and long-term business priorities. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize cross-sell, upsell, and portfolio expansion opportunities by analyzing customer needs, product synergies, and market trends. Translate customer, product, commercial, and market intelligence into clear strategic recommendations that drive decision-making and business growth. Develop and maintain recurring strategic reporting and insight packages that highlight performance trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions for leadership teams. Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Customer Success, and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment around growth priorities and execution plans. Contribute to portfolio positioning and messaging initiatives, helping create compelling value propositions and integrated growth narratives.
