We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-focused Ordering Processor to join our Operations team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring customer projects move efficiently from sale to order approval. You'll work closely with vendors, sales teams, installation partners, and internal departments to review project details, resolve discrepancies, maintain profitability, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. Identify discrepancies between contracts, measurements, and vendor pricing and work with stakeholders to resolve them. Communicate with vendors regarding labor charges, pricing variances, and items that fall outside established pricing structures. Partner with sales representatives to clarify contract details and resolve issues identified during the measurement process.
