What You'll Do.

Maintain court filings and case histories on computer

Maintain orders in Records of Judgments and Order

Review incoming court pleadings and orders

Forward pleadings and orders to appropriate individuals

Distribute notices of court rulings and new hearing dates

Manage electronic court filings

Select codes for proper work flow

Provide information and assistance as requested

Perform clerical duties

Perform duties of other department personnel

Provide clerical assistance for elections

Assist with annual inventory of files

Perform related duties
