Must Have
1-2 years of experience in a similar Order Processing, Warehouse Administration, Logistics Support, or Customer Service role, ideally in a logistics, automotive/motorcycle environment, Experience using ERP and WMS systems (ideally DAX and WMS), Experience in e-commerce or managing marketplace platforms (e.g., Skroutz), Good knowledge of order management, invoicing, and returns processes, Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management processes, Very good knowledge of MS Office, Good knowledge of English (written and spoken), Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities, Organizational and communication skills, Attention to detail and consistency in managing data and documents, Ability to collaborate with different departments and external partners
What You'll Do.
Management and monitoring of motorcycle
and accessories orders
Extraction and routing of orders and assignment of execution to relevant warehouse users
Monitoring the progress of orders and coordinating their smooth execution until shipment
Management of motorcycle
and accessories returns
including physical and system product inspection
Transfer of loading data and issuance of documents / invoices
Management of invoice corrections
and other related invoicing actions
Management of urgent orders and issuance of accompanying documents for courier and transport companies
Support and management of e-shop and Skroutz platform orders
Coordination and daily communication with sales representatives
and couriers regarding orders and returns
Management of supplier invoices for data entry into the system
Monitoring and support of the correct operation of the connections between ERP (DAX) and WMS (items
Invoicing of deposits and support of related procedures for marine products/machines/parts

Αναζητούμε για τον κλάδο της **YAMAHA **έναν/μία **Order & Warehouse Operations Administrator **για την αποθηκή της YAMAHA στη Μάνδρα. **Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:** * Διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση παραγγελιών μοτοσυκλετών, ανταλλακτικών και αξεσουάρ * Εξαγωγή και δρομολόγηση παραγγελιών και ανάθεση εκτέλεσης στους αρμόδιους χρήστες αποθήκης. * Παρακολούθηση της πορείας των παραγγελιών και συντονισμός της ομαλής εκτέλεσής τους έως την αποστολή * Διαχείριση επιστροφών μοτοσυκλετών, ανταλλακτικών και αξεσουάρ, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του φυσικού και συστημικού ελέγχου προϊόντων * Μεταφορά στοιχείων φορτώσεων και έκδοση παραστατικών / τιμολογίων * Διαχείριση διορθώσεων τιμολογίων, πιστώσεων και λοιπών σχετικών ενεργειών τιμολόγησης * Διαχείριση έκτακτων παραγγελιών και έκδοση συνοδευτικών εγγράφων για courier και μεταφορικές εταιρείες * Υποστήριξη και διαχείριση παραγγελιών e-shop και πλατφόρμας Skroutz * Συντονισμός και καθημερινή επικοινωνία με πωλητές, dealers, μεταφορικές εταιρείες και courier για θέματα παραγγελιών και επιστροφών * Διαχείριση τιμολογίων προμηθευτών για εισαγωγή δεδομένων στο σύστημα * Παρακολούθηση και υποστήριξη της ορθής λειτουργίας των διασυνδέσεων μεταξύ ERP (DAX) και WMS (είδη, αποθέματα, παραγγελίες) * Τιμολόγηση παρακαταθηκών και υποστήριξη σχετικών διαδικασιών για προιόντα/μηχανές/ ανταλλακτικά marine **Requirements** * Προϋπηρεσία 1-2 έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση Order Processing, Warehouse Administration, Logistics Support ή Customer Service ιδανικά σε περιβάλλον logistics, automotive/motorcycle * Εμπειρία στη χρήση ERP και WMS συστημά
