**Job Purpose:** The Order Processing Intern will learn and support the Order Processing team in handling daily Sales Order / Purchase Order related tasks. The role will assist in data checking, document validation, and coordination with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics) under supervision, gaining hands-on experience in order processing operations. **Key Learning Activities & Responsibilities:** * Shadow experienced specialists to learn the end-to-end flow of Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO). * Support the team in checking and validating supporting documents for SO/ PO requests. * Gain supervised "hands-on" practice with SAP and internal ERP tools, assist in data entry and basic order processing tasks in systems * Support checking that required approvals are in place (e.g. credit check, approval matrix) under guidance. * Learn the importance of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by assisting in the tracking of order request queues * Assist in preparing or submitting Purchase Order (PO) requests once Purchase Requisition (PR) is generated. * Support the team in basic follow-up with internal teams on order status when assigned. * Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to order processing and operations support when required. **Knowledge, Skills, and Experience (Candidate Profile):** * Academic Background: Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields * Detail Orientation: A natural "eye for detail" with an interest in data integrity. * Learning Agility: High curiosity and the ability to grasp new software (SAP/Internal tools) quickly. * Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to effectively ask questions and share learning progress. * English: Intermediate reading and writing skills to work with global systems. * Attitude: Proactive, responsible, and committed to maintaining the confidentiality of company data during the learning process. **What the Intern Will Learn** * End-to-end Sales O
