What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience), 3–5 years of experience in order management, sales operations, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment, Familiarity with ERP systems (e. g. , NetSuite, HubSpot, Monday. com, Shipwell) and order processing workflows, understanding of production scheduling and inventory management principles, Excellent organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail, Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Customer-focused mindset with negotiation and conflict-resolution skills, Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed, Effective written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration and customer interaction, Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports
What You'll Do.
Manage the entire order lifecycle: receive
and track customer orders in the ERP system
Coordinate with production planning to ensure orders are scheduled and manufactured on time
Liaise with logistics and shipping teams to arrange timely delivery of finished goods
Act as primary point of contact for customers regarding order status
Monitor inventory levels to confirm availability of finished goods
Resolve order discrepancies
or quality issues with internal teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in all relevant systems
Support sales and customer service teams with order-related queries
Ensure compliance with company policies
and any applicable regulations
