Ensure a smooth customer experience upon close of contract; Move opportunities to recognized revenue faster; Ensure opportunities progress to revenue as quickly as possible; Ensure their first-time right success rate moves towards 100%; Process orders within defined service level agreements and without error; Maximize revenue

Identify and manage processes to move opportunities to recognized revenue faster; Identify bottlenecks in the quote to invoice cycle; Resolve order questions; Resolve inconsistencies
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-2 years of related work experience in Quote to Cash, Order Management, Sales Operations or Deal Desk, Proficiency in MS Office, Demonstrated ability to think strategically through identification of problems and implement successful, tactical solutions, Self-motivated with a attention to detail and keen ability to prioritize tasks to ensure business critical objectives are met, Skilled at building working relationships with team members in varying departments and/or levels of management, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, Understanding of the quote to invoice cycle and common pain points sellers encounter with a desire to drive improvements, Excellent English and German - written, verbal and communication skills
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree preferred, SAP/ERP and MSD experience a bonus, Experience building and/or using sales performance reporting in a CRM, Power BI or similar software, Prior exposure to SaaS technology, Ability to drive productivity working in a remote, fast paced environment
What You'll Do.
Manage day-to-day tasks to ensure opportunities progress to revenue
Assist with order processing in CRM tool
Coach sellers on gatekeeper checklist
Collaborate on best practices
Lead PO Mgmt & Tracking activities
Review/approve opportunities in gatekeeper queue
Ensure smooth handoff to finance counterparts
Request client creation/modifications
Adjust block/unblock status
Process new material code requests
Spotlight deficiencies in quote to invoice
Evaluate CRM and Finance platform integration
Assist with training support for selling teams
Resolve order questions and process orders
Drive compliance with company policies
Manage numerous requests concurrently
Escalate delays to leader
Build and utilize deal tracking reports
Identify bottlenecks in quote to invoice cycle
Alert sellers to stale opportunities
Proactively identify opportunities to improve order process
Resolve inconsistencies
Give feedback to cross functional stakeholders
Support Internal finance teams during audits
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with cross functional teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Success); Partner closely with major business functions across the quote to cash life cycle; Build working relationships with team members in varying departments and/or levels of management; Give insightful feedback to cross functional stakeholders
Communication Scope
Excellent English and German - written, verbal and communication skills; Active listening skills
Process & Methodology
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
