You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders and teams to ensure best-in-class results and customer satisfaction. **How will you create impact?** * Manage customer orders within 48 hours of receipt, ensuring accuracy and adherence to key customer dates (e.g., RAD, MABD). * Communicate service issues to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and proactive manner. * Utilize SAP and third-party systems to navigate and research order execution and data. * Partner with Supply Chain to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions to mitigate non-compliance charges. * Administer the quote process and maintain regular dialogue with Credit, Sales, and Logistics teams to prevent order-to-cash hurdles. * Participate in Retail Engagement initiatives and score-carding to drive service level improvements. * Identify and recommend ways to improve the efficiency of the order-to-cash process. __ **What are your skills and experience?** * Previous experience in a CPG or Retail environment. * Expertise with a Tier 1 ERP system (specifically SAP) is required. * Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume transactional data with accuracy. _#LI-Hybrid #LI-HM1_ _The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Ontario is $58,000 to $60,000 Per Annum.
