What You'll Achieve.
Deliver customer experience and performance to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) goals; Contribute to KPIs (OTD, past due aging, backlog accuracy, etc. )

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in order management, customer service, supply chain, operations, sales, or finance, U. S. citizenship status
Nice to Have
attention to detail, data accuracy, follow-through, Ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment, Customer-driven communication (clear, proactive, professional), Ownership and urgency in resolving holds and past dues, Process discipline and ability to standardize work, Experience with ERP/MRP order entry and backlog management (e. g. , SAP, Oracle, etc. ), Working knowledge of export controls/trade compliance concepts (or willingness to learn quickly), Experience supporting international orders, licensing workflows, or regulated/controlled products, Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) and comfort working with large datasets, Experience driving past due recovery and cross-functional action plans, Familiarity with KPI reporting (OTD, Past Due, Backlog Aging, Holds)
What You'll Do.
Own order entry and maintenance
Drive past-due recovery
Ensure orders progress in compliance
and release customer orders
Ensure accuracy of pricing
Monitor order holds and coordinate resolution
Manage past due list for Accounts Receivable
Drive action plans for past due
Communicate commits/status to internal teams
Coordinate with teams to address constraints
Lead Daily Management cadence
Support compliant order processing
Partner with Trade Compliance
Ensure orders and shipments align with ITC/export requirements
Identify recurring drivers of data entry issues
Implement process improvements and standard work
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with Program Management, Contracts, Engineering, Planning, Shipping/Logistics, Finance, and Trade Compliance; Coordinate with Programs, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, Contracts, Logistics, and Customers; Communicate status to internal teams and customers
