Full Job Description
The Order Management Specialist manages purchase order processing for the Perishable Merchandising Store Support teams specific to produce, floral, meat and seafood purchase orders. The Order Specialist provides customer service to our vendor partners and customers through verifying PO accuracy, PO status and delivery updates and resolving PO vs invoice discrepancies. Order Management specialists work cross-functionally with procurement teams, logistics and transportation carriers, as well as accounts payables and receivables. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in order management systems and customer service. Order Management Specialists are crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining efficient operations in retail, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
