**Job Description Summary** #LI-Hybrid Location: Mexico City, Mexico Relocation Support: This role is based in Mexico City, Mexico. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and stabilizing Order Management processes as part of a major SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative. Working across global and local teams, you will help ensure smooth transitions, optimize end-to-end Order to Cash processes, and contribute to delivering operational excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about digital transformation, problem-solving, and making a real impact, this role offers a unique opportunity to grow and influence how processes evolve. **Job Description** _This role is for temporary period of time, of 18 months._ **Key Responsibilities** * Support implementation of SAP S/4HANA Order Management processes within the Lean Digital Core program * Validate end-to-end Order to Cash processes across sales, delivery, invoicing, and billing adjustment activities * Provide functional support during testing, cutover, and hypercare to ensure stable business operations * Act as a subject matter expert for Sales and Distribution, resolving issues and supporting process clarifications * Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, recommending solutions aligned with digital standards * Ensure data accuracy and process consistency during transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA * Partner with global and local stakeholders to drive standardization, compliance, and operational excellence **Essential Requirements** * Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution processes and related Order Management activities * Proven experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation or business transformation projects * Solid understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash processes in a global business e
