About the role: We are looking for a detail-oriented, independent, and results-driven Order Management Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to support the end-to-end order lifecycle across Skydio’s hardware, software, accessories, and service offerings. You will help ensure accurate order processing, operational efficiency, and timely fulfillment while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges, support best practices, and drive smooth transactions.
