Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
Ensure accurate and timely data entry
Track and trace Order management files
Use workflows to manage shipments
Monitor shipment reports
Ensure timely clearance and delivery of freight
Ensure documents are timely sent
Communicate arrival notice
Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing
Manage intercompany invoice payments
Interact with customers
Arrange international shipments
Contribute to maintain relationships with vendors
Meet compliance to regulations
Understand department process flow
Look for areas of improved efficiency
Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are followed
Overseas communications
Provide timely responses to emails and requests
Escalation of problems to Management
