## Description Order Fulfillment Project Coordinator Location: Marietta, OH Position Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Compensation: Up to $60,000 annually, depending on experience Position Summary We are looking for an organized and proactive Order Fulfillment Project Coordinator to oversee customer orders throughout the production lifecycle in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role serves as a key link between multiple departments, ensuring orders move efficiently from entry through final shipment while maintaining accurate project information and delivery schedules. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, and logistics teams to support timely execution of customer orders and provide clear communication regarding project status and milestones. ## Primary Responsibilities Coordinate customer orders from initial release through production, shipment, and project completion. Verify order details, configurations, and documentation to ensure accuracy before processing. Monitor project progress, including material readiness, manufacturing schedules, testing activities, and shipping timelines. Maintain up-to-date records within ERP systems and internal project tracking tools. Work cross-functionally with production, procurement, quality assurance, engineering, and logistics teams to support successful order execution. Communicate order status updates and schedule changes to customers and internal stakeholders.
